We are organising an International Fair at Orchard Central Level 1 Atrium from 17th-23rd October 2011.

This fair is ONLY open for vendors who have international products to display. Priority will be given to vendors who have products from Mediterranean countries. All products and vendors will be carefully selected as we only want unique products during this fair. All selected vendors would be given complimentary:

1) $20 Cash Voucher for you to dine at Medzs as we want you to sample their
unique food.
2) $10 Cash Voucher for you to spend on desserts at the famous Stone Cold
Creamery.
3) Other complimentary vouchers from participating outlets at Orchard Central

On top of that, we would be inviting the various community from the Mediterranean countries, members of the British and American Club to visit this fair. We will also advertise this event in the International Expat Forum.

There will be a total of about 28 vendors participating. Each vendor will be given 2 (3ft X 3ft) tables booth with skirting together with 2 chairs.

Each booth space cost $380 for the duration of all 7 days. If you need electricity point, it will be an additional of $50 for the period.

I would be interested to participate in this event. May I know whether it is compulsory to have products from Meditteranean countries? My products are mainly from Korea and India.

Hi,
So sorry for the confusion. I have ammended the dates. The actual dates for the event is from 21-23 Oct 2011.
Also, for those people who have PM me, pls take note that you may apply for a booth during this fair but priority will be given to vendors with unique and with products from the Mediterranean countries. We may consider other products as well.

There are some changes to the International Fair. Due to the overwhelming response for the international fair at Orchard Central (21-23 Oct), we have spoken to the management and they have allowed us to organise the event on Level 1 Atrium itself as it would be able to accomodate more vendors. The management is also impress with some of our vendors products as they are very unique products. We have also convince the management to let us organise the fair from 17-23 Oct (7 days). For your info, the traffic at Level 1 Atrium is definately much better than other levels. Also, for that weekend, there is a finals of a food competition at level 1 itself so we are expecting a good crowd turnout.
As the event now is for 7 days, the rental would be $380. If you require electricity point, there will be an additional $50 for all 7 days.
