Book your table early so that you can get the best possible location with good Feng Shui, etc..
As usual, set up is by 5pm on both days and don't forget to bring your own lightings and extension cord.
The whole place is outdoor but sheltered by the pretty Angel Canopy that lights up at night so no worries even when it rains.
Rental Rate
For 4ft space (with 3ft x 3ft table and 2 chairs), the rental rate range from $150 for 1 day to $240 for selected location (limited slots!) and $290 for other locations for 2days (Non-Peak period).
You can put 1 clothes rack or any other display item beside your table. If you do not want to use the table, kindly let us know in advance.
For 8ft space (with 6ft x 3ft table and 2 chairs), the rental rate is $450 for selected location (limited slots) to $510 for other locations for 2 days.
You can share ONLY the 8ft space with a friend to save on rental. Strictly no sharing of 4ft space unless you have a valid reason to do so.

Upon approval of your products, you can then proceed to choose your table location and make payment within a week upon reserving a table.
Payments can be made via internet banking, ATM transfer or cheque payment within a week to secure your table.
Subsequent bazaar dates are:
26 & 27 November 2010 (Peak period) Pre X'mas bazaar!
17 & 18 December 2010 (Peak period) Pre X'mas bazaar!
There is a 20% increase in rental for peak periods.

Refund Policy: full refund will be given if the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of event. Similarly, no refund is given for those who pulled out less than 2 weeks before the date of event.
In the event of a change of dates, the management will let vendors know at least 2 weeks in advance.
Official receipts will be issued for all payments made.
