After having our first round of Bazaar @ ITE East College, Flea Bazaar will be back to campus again in May!!
As usual, to add in more fun and blast, this bazaar will tie in together with the ITE Annual Graduation Day which will be happening on these 3 days!!! With a strong population size of 7,000 existing students and staff and we will also be expecting 2,000 graduates and guests too!!
Date: 10 to 12 May 2011 (Tuesday to Thurday)
Venue: ITE College East, Main Atrium @ Administration Building (in front of Customer Vistor Centre, Self Service Machines & ATMs)
Time: 9am – 5pm (8.00am is the set up time, 5pm may clear everything)
Rental: $85 for 3 days / $65 for minimum 2 days (either on 10 & 11 or 11 & 12 May)
*Returned stall tenants will entitle 5% discount off rental fee only. Pls indicate your receipt no. upon registration and payment.
WHAT YOU GET?
- A 1.5m x 1.5m space inclusive of 1 no. 3ft x 3ft table and 1 chair.
- Each stall is allowed to bring own 1 clothes rack (no rack will be provided by event orgr). The height of the rack should not exceed 1.6m.
- If you choose not to use any tables at all, (ie. you will have zero tables) you are allowed to bring a maximum of two clothing racks. (pl informed us upon registration made)
- NO electricity socket is provided.
- All stalls will be located within sheltered area.
- Multiple stallholders will get priority when picking stalls upon payment to ensure that they have adjoining stalls.
- Stall allocation will be done by event orgr unless vendors have topped up for stall selection fee.
-Strictly NO selling of pre-loved/second-hand, cooked food, illegal, pirated, imitation, cigarette, lighter items allowed. Any vendors who found selling such items, will be banned from signing up the bazaar.

PUBLICITY:
Advertising for bazaar event will be done through plenty of channels including posters to be placed around the school compound, screen projection to the students and staff, Straits Times Classifieds, Gumtree, 88db, Redad, Facebook, Twitter, online forum.
