Types of Licences For Food & Beverage Outlets
For those looking to operating food and beverage retail outlets, the following are the types of licences that are available from National Environment Agency (NEA). You will need to apply for the type of licence appropriate to your form of operation.
Food Shop Licence Get this licence to operate a food shop (e.g. eating house, coffee shop, food court, canteen or market). More about Food Shop Licence here Food Stall Licence Get this licence to operate a food stall in a privately-owned food shop (e.g. stall inside a coffee shop, food court or market). More about Food Stall Licence here Food Wagon Licence Get this licence to retail takeaway food and/or drink directly from your van. More about Food Wagon Licence here Food Shop (Pets Allowed) Licence Get this licence to operate a food shop that retails food and/or beverage to both pet owners and pets. More about Food Shop (Pets Allowed) Licence here Hawker Stall Licence Get this licence to operate a hawker stall in Government-owned food centres or markets.
