Hi,

I have a space to let go at Kovan Heartland Mall.
It is a corner space facing main entrance and KFC, so it is a really prime location at 1st Floor.

Size: 6ft by 4.5ft.
Date: 6 Dec to 16 Dec
Rental: $130 per day (with proof of receipt paid to event organizer)

I am a regular at Heartland Mall and I booked this space way before hand but due to some urgent personal matter, I have to let go of this precious space at this pre Christmas period.

Some info about Heartland Mall....

1. It is located on top of Kovan MRT so a lot of residences who take MRT will pass through Heartland Mall and of course your shop.
2. Most of the customers are from nearby neighbourhoods such as Hougang, Kovan, Serangoon, Sengkang and Punggol.
3. It is also frequented by office, factory workers and families during lunch time and dinner time because there are some nice restaurants and a famous and newly renovated food court.
