Hi all,

I am helping my neighbour to look for someone to take over the whole shop at Chinatown. Please see the ad as below:-

<<Our shop ladies apparel and is Looking for interested party to take over the whole shop at Chinatown. Shop are nicely renovated.. Monthly rental are only at $1,200.00. Take over fees will be at $8,000.00 only including all the stocks. Interested party, please do not hesitate to pm me..>>

It is located at Smith Street. There is a wet market at Basement.
