Hello,

I've a high traffic pushcart @ level 2 Downtown East (outside NTUC) for lease for month of Feb. No deposit required just 1 month rental. The location is suitable for ladies appareals, ladies accessories & novelty items.

The rental is $3k (negotiable) if you're really keen on the location. It's available for Feb with option to extend lease thereafter
