Looking to Sublet Bakery or Cafe

I am looking to start up a specialty bakery and would like to sublet baking space within a bakery or cafe. Preferable if it is furnished with oven etc but open to negotiation.

I am looking to bake x 2 per week. After hours or on weekends. Please let me know if you would be open to subletting space in your bakery/cafe for rent.

Hi I am renting baking kitchen and will only be using it for afew days every week. i would like to rent out the remaining days on a daily rate basis. Please pm me if interested.

Hello,

I'm looking to sublet/ cotenant an NEA approved food manufacturing space (maybe industrial or cafe), I only need about 40sq feet for a clean and simple gelato manufacturing setup.

Also looking for people interested to stock their cafes/ outlet with gelato. We're going to make premium gelato so one way or another maybe we can do business! C:
