where is the location? i'm looking for a new office for my production hse.. need to set up surround sound studio in it too.. need 2000sqft - 2500sqft.. got lobang? flooring cannot be wooden one.. due to sound proof coz my current studio the building wanna tear down liao.. pls provide details if you have ya?
