hi,
i called agent few months back, he mentioned to me that its around 25-30dollars per sqft. not sure if its still this rates? i am also looking at level3 now, seems like half the area not taken, shop space approx above 100sqft... |

sure! maybe you wanna pm me? i can forward you his hp no. also, we can exchange ideas.... if you dont mind. heehee... level 1 & 2 taken up, now left level 3, still got alot of empty space.... but not much crowd wor..... what kinda clothings you bringing in? i still thinkin to take or not to take bugis.... sigh.... |

In my opinion $30psf at level 3 is isnt worth it. I rather pay a few dollars more psf and get better locations. Most malls only charge $34-$40 psf for level 1 shop spaces.
