hi.
heard from my fren that pushcart in mel is not profitable.taxes are high,rentals are high also.isit true?

High taxes and high rentals (and minimum wages for your part time staff) are indeed a fact of life in Australia in general.

This is of course partially compensated by the exhorbitant prices you can charge as a retailer, resulting in high cost of living.
