Default How Do You Measure Customer Satisfaction?

Are you trying to measure if the customers who bought something via your site were satisfied with your helpdesk agents?
Are you trying to get some feedback from your customers or people who just e-mail you something? If you do that, how do you do that?

Why not you post a poll on your website or link them to facebook .
They provide you better faster feedback from there.
Because some people do lazy write a email to content without any guide. It much more easier to get their feedback from social network side.
