Legal Issues Selling Replica Bags

Hi, i would like to seek advice whether there is any legal issue if we sell replica bags online as well as thru' physical shops...
If we present clearly to customers that our products are replica items, can we sell without being sued by the authentic supplier?

I think if you r selling online, it would be fine coz its hard 2 track, but if physically in shop, its definately illegal. No matter where you sell, so long its replica, its illegal.
Unless, mayb in short term bazaar, hit n run type so no one will in time report you 4 authourity...hahaha.
Even 4 certain Brands Higher management, if they happen 2 pass by n agree that your item is similar 2 their so called trademark design, they might wana sue you 4 copyrights of their design n selling replica too.
Happen that my frenz gana such case, just similar prints without any brands printed on or anything, not even same color, yet they insist design is similar.....Very unlucky, n its almost imppossible to agrue....

short term bazaar like pasa malam they oso will spot check. Depends on whether you want to take the risk or not. not worth it leh, heard people say kanna caught mus handcuff oso leh, that's y stopped selling mine two yrs ago.
