oh so it means points lower then 10 no good, then rep power high then good la is it?

I think what that means is if you have a certain number of posts and without any de-merits, then reputation will be good...cause I don't think we can merit any person leh.

Rep Points lower than 10 means this member has been given a negative Rep Points before by someone whose Rep Power is > 0. In that sense, it cannot be a good thing. Notice that the person giving it must be someone with CREDIBILITY. Hence, you are right to say that Rep Power high is good.

You can merit a person by choosing "I Approve". That member's Rep Points will increase (provided your Rep Power > 0). If you Rep Power is zero, you can still leave a comment, but you will not impact that member's Rep Points.
